Growing up in UK was the memory that has established this vision of 'JIMBO's'. As kids, one thing we would always anticipate waiting and listening for is the famous chimes of the pink and white colourful Ice Cream van of 'Mr. Whippy's'. As it makes its way down our street with Mr John and his colorful apron, beaming smile with chubby cheeks, singing along to his chimes. Kids from every household rushing to be the 1st in line and be first to mumble the famous 'YUMMY' as they devour their delicious cold ice cream with a flake sprinkled with flavours of choice. One of my favorites was Chocolate and vanilla mix double cone and who remembers 'sherbet'? WOW! My mouth is watering already, as I recall the sweet flavours melting at the tips of your tongue and no kidding, we kids at that very moment were enjoying a special taste of heaven.
